When ordering more than one test please make a note of which animal goes with the number on the tube.
 
For multiple animals you may want to submit more health details than can be fitted in the mandatory box at check out (500 characters). An email will be sent out from us directly after purchase asking for more health details please fill in and submit.  
 
Please also ensure the correct postage is attached to the returning kit, UN legislation does not allow us to include a prepaid envelope. Incorrect postage can cause long delays. 
 
We do our best to return the results within 4 weeks of receiving the sample at the office but delays are possible, currently the fast track system is unavailable. The report is emailed to your inbox, please check your spam.
